During our Sept. 8 2007 meeting in Belgrade, we took time to draw our pictures of how we think the IAF Serbia network will look like and how it will work. Our motif was a house, with the foundation being our values, the walls and roof our organizational structure, and the interior of the house our services and programs.  Here are our visions:

Our picture presents our values, the way we will work and connections with interest groups in our environment.

Information, Evaluation and Promotion of our Association are crossing all of our internal processes.

 

All of this is to have happy people in Serbia at the end.

 

Connection with interest groups in the environment

 

We will communicate two-way with interest groups and inform and include them whenever needed and possible.

Naša je kuća na točkovima, truck hause net, jer smo našu organizaciju videli kao vrlo mobilnu, koja do svojih članova dolazi brzo ,postavljenu na osovine zajedničkog pozitivnog interesa članova spremnih da dele i primaju znanja, a  koji prihvataju jedinstven kod ponašanja koji je prepoznatljiv po svom kvalitetu i orjentisanosti na razvitak. Ova virtuelna truck hause net će svojim članovima, kroz umreženost člnova,brzu razmenu informacija kao i periodične upitnike o programima i potrebama, pružiti mogućnost lakšeg nalaženja posla od koga će društvo  osetiti boljitak.Članovi sami obezbeđuju sredstva za učešće na sastancima koji se održavaju svakih tri ili šest meseci ili zavisno od potrebe.
